Bathroom closet contained a gas furnace. After removal, frank converted it into a "real" closet. Also - fireplace vent to roof needed to be removed and there was sagging in the roof where the fireplace vent (no longer connected to fireplace) was. Removed affected area, fixed and re-shingled roof in that area.

Frank has performed multiple projects for us. He replaced several wood window sills & door frames that were chewed up by our dog. You were not able to tell they were replaced, looked just as brand new. Frank added a frame and door in our hallway. He installed a new dishwasher, and small other repairs. Frank works precise and sufficient at every big or little job. He is reliable and reasonable priced. He gives his 150% every time!

I had a bed I couldn't put together and Mr Floyd came in and put it together so quick. I was ashamed I spent 2 hours trying to set it up and it took him less than an hour. I will definitely be using him again if I purchase anything that needs to be assembled
