- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices for hair and makeup services can be found at on styleseat, website link on profile. Travel Fees are as follows and based on distance from Salon Location: $25 + .45 cents per mile (Must Pay Both Ways) For Addresses in the City of Durham ($25 Must be Paid as a Deposit Before Hand) $40 + .75 cents per mile (Must Pay Both Ways) Addresses Outside of Durham but Less Than 50 miles One Way (100 miles Total) ($40 Must be Paid as a Deposit Before Hand) $40 + $10 an hour (In addition to service price) for On Set Services (Events, Photo-shoots, Weddings) Can be used as an attendant to touch up and make sure styles are perfected throughout the whole event. Travel Contract Necessary for More than 50 mile One Way
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer we first like to learn their expectations and desires. We also like to put realism with those expectations and desires to come up with a specific plan or multiple plan options within the resources, budget, and time frame the client has.
