Katrina was an absolute joy to work with! From the beginning, she created an environment where we felt comfortable to be our authentic selves! The way she photographs you is in such a natural way it doesn't feel like a photo shoot, but instead, enjoying time with friends. She has an amazing eye for not just how to create the perfect moment, but capture the moment beautifully. Her turn around time of getting us the edited photos was very fast, which was greatly appreciated since we were SO excited to see how they turned out. Katrina has taken pictures of my family several times now, and every time I've been amazed at the quality of the photographs that we've gotten. I am infamously un-photogenicas a musician I've gotten lots of horrible pictures of myself from ostensibly very good photographersbut Katrina has managed to get great pictures of me while also working with a very uncooperative dog and an equally unruly toddler. Working with Katrina is extremely easy and enjoyable. She has great ideas and gives good direction when needed, but you don't feel like you're being given a 15-step plan to looking alright in pictures. In the past when I've gotten a decent picture of myself I can recall the photographer having to dictate just about everything about the shot to me ("yeah, look over here. A little more...No, not that much. Put your hands...somewhere else. Ok, let's try...")

Katrina did an amazing job on our engagement photos. We could not have been happier, not only with the end results of stunning photos, but with how comfortable she made us feel during the shoot, and how much fun we had! Katrina took a new professional headshot of me and I'm so happy with the results! I have several great options to use and Katrina was so sweet, patient and creative with using different lighting and backgrounds to get shots that looked great. Headshot packages start at $350 Wedding packages start at $2,000
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am very flexible and easy to work with. We'll start with email to set a date and location. Then you will receive my pre-session questionnaire so I can get to know you a little bit better and prepare for our session. After your session, you will likely receive your images in 2-3 weeks. Images are delivered in an online gallery. Print options are available too!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been studying photography for over 10 years. I've taken college photography classes, online and live workshops.
