- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service charge is $85 for most areas, this includes the diagnostic and normally most, if not all, of the labor. We do offer specials from time to time and always offer a senior and military discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of our new diagnostics are seen within 24-48 hours, we try to have you resolved within 3 days if at all possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with electricity, plumbing, appliances for most of my life. I have worked with appliances exclusively for over 5 years now. Our technicians are well trained and all work is guaranteed.
