We analyze your body type, BMI, metabolism, functionality physical and mental to create your individualized mind and body fitness plan.

Personal Training Services:
In home Personal Training Packages:
12 sessions $75 per session. 24 sessions $ 70 per session.
36 sessions $65 per session. Additional
$5 dollars per mile for travel. In person limited to Suffolk, Nassau County and the 5 boroughs, any farther must be online.
Online Sessions:
$75, $70, $65, from 12 to 36 sessions.
Prescribed Training programs, client does on their own with our support:
from 2 to 5 sessions per week, with 1 weekly 15 min check-ins $300 per month.
Life and business coach packages online:
$75, $70, $65 per session from 12 to 36 sessions.
Plus, taxes and fees.
All programs above come with our Training, Nutrition and Wellness App. Includes clients training program installed to use and track each workout, body profile, health stats, dietary programs and or life coach materials and check ins.
