- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some homes are small, meaning they require less time to clean. While other spaces are much larger and require additional time. Depending on the work asked for, the price varies. We do our best to give you an accurate estimate up front. All estimates will include 2 cleaners and all supplies needed for the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a new customer the first step is to discuss any information that is important in the routine of the home. If there are special request or special instructions that we need to know about. We would discuss things like allergies or security alarms. Afterwards we talk about what schedule will help you the most. A one time clean is general a top to bottom clean. We will clean everything from floor to ceiling and any additional special requests you may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as a professional housekeeper for a number of years and pride myself on being detail oriented and consistent. We are constantly researching new products and new equipment to offer the most professional service we can. We always want to improve our services so we love your feedback.
