FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard price for payroll because the price is based on the actual number of employees on payroll and whether there are multiple state filing for State taxes. The client may also want to set-up time track for each employee which is an additional cost to the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The simple task of a company seeking services is the first step. To see if my company is the right fit for the potential, I initially perform an assessment with the client via a conference call to ensure that the client is receiving the most efficient services. The client's needs always comes first.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 plus years of field experience as an HR Professional in both Corporate America and the private sector providing outsource HR services to many non-profit and for-profit small companies. Since 2008 I have been providing outsource HR, Payroll and Benefits services to help both for-profit and non-profit companies operate more efficiently. This process was done through an initial assessment of the company's internal structure and processes. After my assessment of a non-profits company I make my recommendation to the Board of Directors for their approval. In for-profit companies, I usually collaborate directly with the owner or President of the company.
