- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is given as a minimum. Fees are based upon the day rate of the videographer, total filming hours, and editing days needed to complete the project. Any equipment that needs to be acquired to complete the project (if applicable), licensed audio tracts that need to be acquired or created to complete the project. Other expenses include travel experiences (if applicable), location reservation (if applicable), and talent if actors and actresses are needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a free consultation for each new client. During the consultation, we will establish what results the client is expecting. After the consultation, a detailed quote based on the project and the desired budget will be produced. Upon approval, I’ll begin storyboards and filming schedules. Once completed we will proceed with the filming segment and finish with editing the final product. The final product will then be submitted to the client. The client will also receive multiple file types based on the desired package. This will accommodate for the different social media platforms that the client wishes to use the footage on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have three years on the job experience and training through my previous employer. I’ve also gone through online Videography courses and camera courses to better hone my skills.
