FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I took a customer service job focusing on advanced technical support right out of high school and worked my way up the corporate ladder for 12 years. During this time I supported both the field services and customer service departments and evolved as a corporate program manager focusing on enterprise change management. I was always interested in and desired to be working out in the field with my hands as well as a direct customer facing role. In 2010 I finally decided to go out on my own and started AV Communications, LLC, a low voltage cabling and installation contracting company.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with both residential and commercial customers, major telecommunications companies such as AT&T, DIRECTV, DISH, and Century Link to name a few, I specialize in building and servicing Video and Data backbone networks in multi dwelling properties, hospitality and health care environments, bars/ restaurants and office buildings.
