Melissa came out to my house, gave me a quote and we agreed upon a date and time. She seemed very nice and motivated to get her new business off the ground.
When the day came she called to say she would be a bit late because she was waiting for her assistant.
She then never came, never called me back, didn't answer texts or messages on this site and left me in a lurch. She knew that the reason I was hiring her was because I have out of town guests coming tomorrow. Now the house isn't clean, I have no time to do it myself and no time to hire anyone else.
I honestly wouldn't be writing this review if she had just been professional enough to call me and say she couldn't come for whatever reason, or answered my attempts to communicate.
I was even willing to have her come and just do bathrooms and windows. But she did not respond.
