- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to know what type of photos they are looking for. They can show me examples of images if they have a specific style in mind since their are so many types of styles out there. I will give them tips and tricks on how to elevate their photos and most importantly I like to have FUN!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Photojournalism from the University of Montana. I currently work as a freelance photographer on the weekends and I am a photo editor at Zulily during the week.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing photography when I was in High school. I had my first photo published in a book called A Day in the Life of Billings, and it was of some construction workers downtown digging in a hole. Since then I went to school for Photojournalism and worked with a Magazine called Mamalode as in intern then freelance photographer.
