- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, our pricing for residential customers is determined the same way on every job and is slightly changed based on your particular situation. We take into account the size of the areas and the soil load. By doing this, we can ensure that our cleaning will effectively take care of your needs while charging a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will discuss the work needed, the timeframe that you would like it done, and schedule a time that is convenient for you. We offer to stop by for free ahead of time (or this can be done when we arrive for the work) to give an exact up-front cost before starting with the work, so you are never surprised with the cost. After cleaning, we will ensure you know how to properly care for the areas we cleaned, give you a free lifetime spot cleaner, and be there for any other questions you may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On every job, we have a professionally trained cleaner. Only 20% of carpet cleaning companies send their employees through any type of training, and ours undergo industry standard training and certification courses and tests.
