Introduction: I have about 15 years of expertise as an HR Consultant with large and small corporations finding the best talent for their enterprises. I provide Career and Life coaching services for career minded individuals starting their first career, re-entering the work arena or moving to the next level within their current careers. I have a Masters in Adult Education and Training with a successful career in talent development and acquisition for corporations across the US. A large part of my success is based on my experience solving the talent puzzle for companies to get them the 'best and brightest'. This gives me a special insight into corporate America that I can share with my career coaching clients to assist them to reach their career goals. I understand both sides of the coin. Because I have been a talent hunter/corporate recruiter, I assist my clients to understand where to find positions appropriate to their skills, provide resume and interview process development. I help clients navigate corporate recruiting and reach their career goals. My passion is helping people achieve their dreams and goals in their lives and careers. My enthusiasm to assist in the success of my clients is contagious and the coaching process is exciting and a lot of fun for all involved.
