I love the work Anthony did on my computer. He sat down with me and explained everything he had done to get it up and running smoothly. He asked questions to find out what specifically was wrong with my computer. The price is very reasonable for the work done. The computer gets picked up and dropped back off. A wonderful convenience in this busy day age. I highly recommend TechHub Direct and Anthony!

After 2 other places incorrectly diagnosed my PC problem as a bad power supply (& 2 power supplies later w/o resolution, I was ready to give up hope), these guys came thru. We had over 10 yrs of family pics & other irreplaceable files that we needed back. But 1st, i needed to kno if recovering this info was even possible. I had little expectation at this point, but had to try, so I decided to try TechHub Direct mainly for data recovery. However, after a couple days, they contacted me back with unexpected news. My dead PC that had not powered up in 6 months was back from the dead!?! When most places stopped at the power supply & motherboard, these guys kept trying til they knew for sure what was causing the issue. Turned out my backup harddrive had a short in it, & it was stopping the motherboard from powering up. After pulling the drive & some minor rewiring, my PC that other guys said was fried & unfixable was once again ALIVE!?! Wow, these guys are amazing & really went the extra mile for us! Well worth the $89 I was charged for the diagnosis & fix!!! I can't thank these guys enough! If you are having issues with your electronics, dont be afraid to give TechHub Direct a call! I rarely leave online reviews, but felt compelled to share this story as their work & customer service were OUTSTANDING!! Thanks again guys!

Anthony is very professional. I had two computers repaired by TechHub Direct. He kept me informed on the progress of the repairs and was on time for pickup and delivery of the computers. The cost was very reasonable. I would use Techhub Direct again and recommend them.
