FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to be as fair and honest as possible as far as our pricing goes. The nature of Construction in general can be unpredictable due to unforeseen conditions, supplier lead times and fee's, tariffs and taxes. Communication is key, we let our customers know of potential problems before they arise. It is in both parties best interest to get projects completed and turned over as quick and efficiently as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually a phone call or e-mail exchange will establish the contact and at that point the project can be described to us in more detail. We will usually ask pre-site visit questions, offer a conceptual estimate, and if the client would like to move forward we will arrange a site visit. After the site visit and field measuring is completed, we can put together a more detailed estimate of the project. Once acceptance of the detailed estimate is complete, a Owner-Contractor Contract will be sent and once signed we can begin the permitting process if needed, or begin to schedule the work to start and provide a detailed schedule.
