Initial Fee: $150.00 Out-of-Town Fee: $250.00 Hourly Rate: $80.00 Estimated hours are determined after initial consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation: Interview client to determine scope of project, project details, deadlines, budget and site survey: measuring, sketching plans. Design Presentation: (1-2 weeks) Present preliminary elevations, 3D renderings, color palette, preliminary furniture selections. Present estimate and project budget breakdown. Sign contract. Design Development: Approve all final drawings and furnishings. Make all necesary deposits for labor, merchandise or installations. Program deliveries and installation dates. Installation: Install and deliver all services and merchandise on a timely manner. Make final installments towards labor, merchandise or installations. Completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both partners in Urbano have obtained a Bachelor's in Science of Interior Design from the Art Institute San Diego. We have over 5 years professional experience working in residential and commercial design.
