FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depends on the customer. My goal is to simply the process as much as possible. I'm a paperless guy, so if there are documents you need to review and sign, you will receive them via e-mail and can sign a document electronically. Usually on your phone, or computer. I have clients who are not tech savvy and prefer paperwork which I can work with. I can travel to those not so tech savvy or prefer face to face meetings. Or I can simplify it by keeping it e-mail, text, & phone. First I identify what the customer wants. If they want to sell a property, I analyze the home both for sale and for rent depending on the situation and provide a consultation at no cost. I'm only paid for results. If your home doesn't sell, you don't pay a dime. If the client wants to purchase a home, I identify what the client is looking for and locate it. Once we locate it, I help negotiate the transaction. Sometimes homes need repairs that need to be negotiated, as well as price. If I don't find you the property you need, or negotiate it, I don't get paid.
