- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For bartending our prices are based on people served. Catering is based on price per person and the food you would like served. Serving only is based on the needs of the customer. We will work with each customer to provide the best prices to achieve their vision for the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, talk with our customer get an idea of what they want and take it to the next level by providing fantastic food, service & amazing drinks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cooking has always been a passion for us, it was something we do as a family to bring everyone together. Aaron- has over 12 years in the food & beverage industry, he started from dishwasher all the way up the ranks to managing well-known chain restaurants as well as assisting in opening two local bar & grills. He knows all aspects of creating quality food & drinks. Ashlee- Has 15+ years of customer service and management experience, she has great attention to detail and prides herself on putting the customer first. She has 5 years experience in the bar & grill business. Her cooking knowledge has come from grandma's recipes and running a household, volunteering & hosting events for over 10 years.
