Stewart helped with what turned out to be a complicated and long purchase/sale... we sold a 2-flat with another couple (and a different realtor) and we had to wait for that deal to go through in order to purchase the home we found with Stewart. I cannot say enough good things about him...he goes above and beyond on every level. Always prompt, always organized, super professional, knowledgable and willing to assist with every aspect of home selling/purchasing, which is a very stressful and complex process. He also thinks "out of the box", using his knowledge of the industry to come up with fresh ideas we may not have thought of on our own. I was always so relieved to have him working with us throughout it all.

Stewart will have your back and work a deal hard. He did a great job for us. He helped us close on our house and two investment properties. Difficult sellers and he did a good job helping us navigate the process.

Selling a house is very stressful. Stewart walked through our house and suggested areas to update/revise before listing. In addition, staging ideas were recommended. Before our first open house, after one family walked through the house, our house was sold. After just 3 days!! Our house photos were beautiful and truely helped us get it sold. Thank you Stewart.
