Central A/C unit went down. I call Prime Air and I recieved a returned call in minutes. The service.appt was on time and the cost was below what I was quoted from another HVAC contractor. So all in all a timely fix at a good price, I was well satisfied with Prime and will recommend his service to others, I'd use him again should the need arise.

Called Prime for a critical HVAC system down. Heard from a member of my facilities team, that Prime handles unique roof/ceiling balanced units, which I had. Bob arrived when promised and completed the job in reasonable time w/o significant downtime. Hourly rate was competitive, I will keep him on call and am considering a maintinence contract for this and other units, to avoid future emergency service calls. Will Recommend him to others.

bob worked on my hot water heater and did a phenomenal job. he was very prompt and efficient. his price was also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend bob for any future jobs!!!!!
