- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Housekeeping and Cleaning prices are always one flat fee per hour. Bed Bug Preparation prices are based on distances from Newark, NJ in 25 mile increments and on the # of bedrooms.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is the initial contact. Then we give you a quote, perform service and receive payment. (Payment is only received before service if paying with a credit card.)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
