Introduction: Cox Catering & Concessions has been in business since 1998. Our catering includes: weddings, fundraisers, corporate events, church socials and holiday parties to name a few. We also offer food trucks for ball tournaments and other events as well as serving at your place of business or event. Our BBQ business is called Curly Tail Smokers and we custom smoke our own meat. In all of the events that we do BBQ is roughly half. With that being said, we are also known for menus in a wide variety of foods, How about throwing a picnic for your event? We bring our mobile kitchen onsite, bread and fry our chicken fresh! We know southern cooking and people love it. Whatever your taste buds and budget will allow, we would appreciate the opportunity to work with you. We know how to make feeding large crowds look easy! My love for food services began back in Home Economics in middle school. I worked for as our Church Cook for 9 years and there is where I started being asked to cater weddings and other events. I then started do much more and developed my business to be blessed to do it full time. I have a passion for putting smiles on people's faces. I advertise very little and have had twenty years of success from word of mouth advertising. Catering is a tremendous amount of work, it is not about throwing food out there for people to eat. It is my passion to give people a meal that they can begin to eat with their eyes and watch them enjoy their meal to the end. We are inspected by the Lincoln Trail Health District and we are fully licensed and insured.
