I hired Jeanette Zuniga to clean a kitchen at my new house. She asked for $75.00 to clean the cubbards, and appliances. I told Jeanette not to worry about doing a deep clean with the appliances, because I planned on replacing them in the future. I just needed them to be cleaned enough that I could us them. The cupboards were in really good shape. Just needed to be wiped down inside, and very little "cabinets" are new". The oven cleaner was still left in the oven. I had to clean the oven cleaner out, wipe down the inside of the cabinets and cupboards my self. I paid Janette an extra $25.00 because she was being flexible with the time. I told her I needed to leave. When I came back 20 min. later she was gone. I feel ripped off. This is really too bad, because I had another rental house that the renters left in very good shape. I just wanted her to do some spot cleaning. She also could have had a once a week cleaning job at my house, and I would have paid her very well to help me with my rentals. My neighbor said she left right after I did. So much for using Thumbtack.
