This brother did an excellent job! The food I had was curry chicken, with Jamaican jerk chicken and Jamaican rice and peas mon!, with his signature sweet potato casserole. All of which was phenomenal. The Jamaican jerk chicken was amazing, it was perfectly tender and glazed with barbeque sauce which made it complete. The curry was perfectly made, the sauce on point and I loved it. The sweet potato casserole was great! Not too sweet and the texture was on par. Overall, I loved everything and the man behind the grill had a great personality and is a really great guy. Truly blessed to eat his food, tasted the blessing! #blessed #IslandBoy from the 808 "Hawaii" for those that don't know the area code. Aloha!! Shoots den ma braddahs!!

We had a large event of 1,200 people, held at the State Capital, and
J. Williams Events Inc., catered the delicious dinners. They are wonderful people to work with, they were early (so we didn't worry!)
brought extra food,very organized, everything was perfect! The event went great, thanks to the super job and delicious food. Their food is hard to beat!! We use their services as often as possible! Love you guys!!! Thanks for all of your hard work!
