- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. My price is $60 per computer in the Sacramento county. No gas fee and no charge if I can not fix it. The price for out of county is a one time charge of an extra $15 for gas.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Setting up an appointment via phone call. And proceeding to be on time and making sure that I call ahead that it is a good time to come over. I like to go through and see if they explain to me what the issues they are having. And this way I can go through the computer and see if it's a software, hardware, or network issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working with Microsoft products since 2000. I have learn how to fix errors and hardware malfunctions. I am self-taught through practice and reading. I have also built 2 gaming rigs and I have friends in the IT industry.
