FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have been doing this long enough that I can give a pretty accurate estimate after we discuss what it is the client truly wants. I have told many clients when done that they came in under budget. Most of the time we come in right at budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with an initial introduction and high level discussion of where the client is today and where they would like to be in the end. From there we decide if just some more talking is necessary or if one of my company forms would help the process along best. Once I have gathered all information I put a quick draft together so they can view and tell me what they like and what they don't. This prevents me from wasting my time and their money in going down the wrong path. Once we have a good direction established, I continue to complete the process and get them a great end result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an undergraduate degree in MIS and an MBA with an emphasis on IT Project Management. I have been doing this for several years and positive customer feedback.
