Introduction: Combining functional fitness training with a whole foods diet and the appropriate consumption of calories will allow clients to achieve their fitness goals within 1-3 months. Each client will complete a one hour functional fitness training circuit twice per week. One on one training or group training options are available. Group option takes place near Moonlight Beach in Encinitas on Tuesday and Friday mornings from 7:00-8:30 am. This is a great opportunity to do a 45 minute functional fitness training along with a 45 minute yoga session. *bonus option for fresh, organic vegetable juice upon completion.

My name is Jim. I've been training with Chris at least twice a week for the past 13 plus years. We do functional fitness training With a combination of programs using your own body weight such as push ups, pull ups, etc We also also do weights and agility programs that focus on strength and cardio with a good mixture of various yoga stretches to focus on breathing and enhancing your entire body mentally and physically. We train hard as we do all the exercises togethern but laugh and enjoy it every time. Chris changes the programs periodically so your body continues to change in strength, fitness and agility without ever seeming like work or monotonous. We have great energy throughout our work outs and it continues the entire day He's also very knowledgeable about nutrition It's a great combination that has kept me very fit

Circles was an amazing experience. it really opened my eyes to a new perspective. I have made so many changes in my life since I started circles. It makes me happy whenever I'm there. I really recommend this program to everyone.

Chris was my first trainer I ever had and one that I will never forget. He cares about his clients and what they want to accomplish mentally and physically with personal goals. Not only was I training with him twice weekly, but he also educated me on healthier eating choices. His training involved strength training as well as running stairs and sprints. Still to this day my workouts involve some type of exercise that I've learn from him. He motivated me to want to be fit and has become a part of my everyday life.
