- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is quite competitive! Most of my color/ cuts range from $100 to $145 depending on if I'm doing foils or not and how many colors. I rarely charge above $145. I try to achieve the most easily maintainable results at the best prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I think being on the same page is very important. I ask a lot of questions in order to determine ideals, current challenges, things you've liked or hated about previous hairstyles/ colors etc. Because of this, I rarely have unhappy clients. ;-)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over the years I've done lots of trainings but I've settled into my own techniques at this point and don't feel drawn to more education in this area. I use Goldwell and Redken color and have since I got licensed in 1988. It's predictable and a great quality product. If it aint broke...lol
