It depends on the customers needs. We offer a competitive prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with a potential client over the phone, ask questions about the problems they are having to get more information. I also provide free estimates upon request and a checklist.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. Degree in Information Technology Management. I have over 14 years of customer service and corporate IT support experience. I have helped 1000's of people resolved their IT issues.
