- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My prices are low because writing comes easy to me meaning I deliver the products clients need in less time than my competitors. Why charge you for time when I don't need to?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We get started on Thumbtack or via email/phone/text. I figure out what materials you have and go from there, asking and answering questions as needed to get the information I need so you can get the products you need.
