Kyra basically took a resume I already wrote, copied and pasted it, added a few words of her own, and said it was a custom resume. I spoke with her for a long time and sent her a huge amount of information, detailing exaclty what I wanted. She clearly did not grasp at all what I said, even though she said she did. I am a writer and editor, so I KNOW how long it takes to research something. She said she did a ton of research before she sent me the first draft. Nonsense. She simply sent me back a resume I already wrote with a few sentences thrown in that were slightly different.
