- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The consultation meeting is always free! While I am priced competitively, I'll show you exactly how I earn my commission during the consultation. It’s best to discuss this in person, as it’s a case by case basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe that my job is to educate my clients about the process, from the beginning! I always start with a complimentary consultation to discuss your wants and needs moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in business marketing and communication. I'm a state licensed Broker Associate. I have additional certifications in "transaction coordination", and Home Staging. and in addition to my extensive work history in marketing and business management, I work with a coaching team to support my clienteles needs and my continuous education.
