- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For the most part my pricing system is standard, but I am also willing to consider a person's or companies different situations, negotiate some.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I'll try and discover as much information about the service they require, Then I will provide as much information as they require about myself, my business abilities, and anything else they may want or need to know. Then I'd provide them with a rate, or a quote of some sort. Once theses things are accomplished and we've come to an understanding or agreement. I then begin the next steps of the work process in order to fulfill the commitment to them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ged certification, 9 months of a welding trade school, an NCCER level 1 welding certification. I have received over the years numerous different certifications "Papers" for pipe welding. I have several years of field experience in all types of welding from, Stick "Arc", Mig, TIG Welding ect.
