- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on the professional level of client and scope of work. I offer a 10% discount on all Referrals. I offer a 15% discount to all Military
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is very simple and straightforward: 1). I ask you to email me your recent resume or work history for review. If you do not have a recent resume, I can send you a simple questionnaire to complete and email back to me. 2). We schedule a free phone consultation. I provide feedback, insight for improvements moving forward, and ask questions to ensure I stay true to your voice and goals while creating your resume. 3). Once you decide to move forward, I will send you an invoice via PayPal and have your resume to you within 3-5 business days. 4). When you receive your resume, you have 72 hours to request any revisions free of charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Psychology. Four years working in a University Admission Department as an Education Adviser for working adults and then Manager of a team of 20 Advisers. Three years in Federal/State funded Career Center as Operations and Site Manager. I have been in charge of hiring and working with employers from various organizations to determine what they are looking for in an employee and then providing them with trained candidates to fill those desired positions. Ultimately I decided to go into business for myself and continue providing high-quality service.
