- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is always change rate by economy, we do charge the price for only flat rate. NO HOURS or NO HIDE FEE. YOU can ask me the price low or i would be honor to beat price anywhere,
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a lots of customers referrals. We treat my customers right many thing and respectful, more comfortable, always recommend to family, friends, or customers. We have a great commnicators and solve problems to tell you is exactly what wrong with any issues like hardware system, softwares, phones, etc and we will fix it for you, without geeks or not give you a big headache or no stress. Give a big ALWAYS SMILE
- What types of customers have you worked with?
at my shop (MICRO-BOOST), we do not charge hourly rate. Our price is very affordable for all computers, smartphones, tablets, etc problems.. We would love to give a free diagnostic and free pick up or drop off only area about 15 miles at the least. MICRO-BOOST always love to help u out, make u so happy and be smile!
