FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every event is different and has it's own personal touches that keeps them unique. When we start the quote process, we generally quote as a package which allows flexibility within the proposed event & keeps to a Budget. For Example: Garden Roses, flowers, dancing flowers & greens for an 8 person Bridal Party wedding package with bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages & 3 medium ceremony/reception arrangements start around $800.00 Active military receive a 15% discount. Veterans receive a 10% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication, which could be done over the phone and in media. At that time, we communicate what is available for the event and the client's expectations. To hold their date on our calendar, we require a $100.00. Retainer/"Save the Date" fee which would be credited to their contract balance. This holds the date for 7 days until a contract is signed. The client shares their goals and expectations by completing a questionnaire which is found on our website or that we've sent them. We like to schedule a meet & greet to go over the questions, however, we understand how busy planning a wedding is. We can build the proposal & contract electronically from the questions. The proposal is good for 6 days, however, without the retainer, we cannot guarantee the date. A signed contract and an additional 30% deposit secures the date & starts the planning process. The deposits will be credited to the final cost. We have payment plans to meet various budgets. We currently work through "Stripe" & "Pay Pal".
