- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First times we have to change hourly because we spend to much hours doing the deep clean making sure all the details are done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go and do a deep clean top to bottom that means kitchen, bathrooms, bedroom, living room, Windows sill, baseboard, sliding glass doors, ceiling fan, vent fan, out side kitchen cabinets, when is a move in or out we clean inside all cabinets. We make beds, take trash out, vacuum sofas,vacuum all sofas and carpet, vacuum floors and mop them and all the details. After the deep clean if they want the ongoing service I give them a rate depending how often and how big is the house or area.

I have a lot of experience I have been clean for along time 15 year's.
