- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flexible, based on the customer's needs and ability to pay. I don't believe in "something for nothing" as that only reduces commitment. We can work together to come to a price that's fair for both of us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer is different, and getting to know each other is crucial to success. Unless you can trust me and the direction that I want to lead you, your progress will be minimal. I like an initial interview, just to see if there's a connection made. From there, I have specific process that will guide a customer to their ultimate goal. My wife is also an integral part of the process, as she is my partner as well. Together we are able to bring incredible clarity and understanding of how to achieve the goals we put in place for our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As I have stated earlier, I have been doing this for well over 20 years. Other than attending Seminary and other various academic endeavors, my primary education has simply been my own gifting and talent for leading and mentoring. I have actively mentored 100+ people over the past 20 years, and each one of them has been able to achieve levels of success that I am proud to say I was a part of.
