- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The most important investment you will ever make are the investments into your own growth. I am open to sliding scale depending on circumstance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new person comes to me seeking coaching I generally ask two simple questions: what do you want? and what do you want from me? You agree to work with me to shape the coaching relationship by: + being honest with yourself first and then with me about what you want from this project and your life + letting me know if your needs are not being met + disagreeing with me if necessary + challenging our assumptions + dealing collaboratively with obstacles as they arise You give me permission to: + challenge and support you as needed + suggest explorations / readings / practices + hold you accountable to your desired goals and objectives
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2000 hours of coaching experience. Faculty at the National Outdoor Leadership School, Eagle Rock School And Professional Development Center, United World Colleges, and Wilderness Inquiry. B.A in Environmental Psychology and Human Ecology from Whitman College.
