- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use a computer software program for all of my estimates. It updates daily to give absolute accurate prices for any and all material that may be required. It also updates daily to give an accurate dollar figure for labor charges based on a local contractors average labor rate system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always conduct an initial face-to-face meeting to introduce me and my company. And I always give first time customers a 20% discount.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my union journeyman carpenters card, as well as more than 20 years of residential home remodeling experience.
