- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our cost is $35.00 an hr per cleaner, with all cleaning supplies included, we charge no travel time and use heppa approved stand up and backback vacuums estimates sent via Thumbtack are based on Cleaning Sessions in homes that are sight unseen. We ask potential Clients to please remember that the cost estimate sent to you on Thumbtack is just that, an estimate. It is by speaking with potential clients and discussing the specific details of the home that we are able to ensure an more accurate quote. We are are always happy to customize services and will be able to accommodate your needs, preferences, budget and schedule. It is important to know what kind of Cleaning you need.. standard cleaning, deep cleaning, post renovation or construction, move in/move out, preparation for home listing. We will happily accommodate any type of Cleaning you might need, we are not the cheapest company on the market but we are definitely on the top of the list in price/quality ratio.
