- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We usually do a total price and not by the hour. We start with how many bathrooms the project has first as these will need more cleaning than other parts of the cleaning. From there we look at the individual rooms more than just the total space of the project. Each cleaning is different so priced at different. The more details the better. Then we can get a solid quote to the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get a survey of what is needed. I also like to walk the property with the customer so I know exactly what they want so we are both on the same page. After the cleaning is done I also like for the customer to do a final walk through to make sure they are happy with the services provided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Just a few years of experience. On the job training.
