- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for your painting job is going to be very individualized. Your price will depend on whether you are booking an interior or exterior job, the amount of square footage, the quality of paint you are choosing (if my company is providing the paint), hours needed to complete the job, and if you are requesting a custom paint job, such as multiple colors, accent walls, various stains or cabinet refinishing, etc. A quality professional paint job will last you years.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With any customer, I will go out and preview your job, whether it is interior or exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, drywall repair, etc. You will then receive a customized estimate by email with the cost for your job and an estimated start date. Once the client agrees to have Art of Painting complete the job, the contract/estimate will need to be signed and returned to AOP, either by email or in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Art of Painting and Custom Restoration, LLC is licensed, insured, and bonded with the state of Washington. In addition, I and my employees have taken safety training classes, CPR, and are certified in removing lead-based paint.
