After trip to China for some reason my laptop crashed and as a result, all data was lost. Besides, windows and Internet didn't work at all. To be honest, I thought that it's time to buy the new one, but Cyril did an amazing job making it work again. He reinstalled windows, downloaded all commonly used programs including security, and what's the most important: he was able to restore all lost information. Very effective and quick service at the reasonable price. Highly recommended!

I had a pleasure working with Cyril on a few occasions that he helped me to resolve. I've had a cracked screen on my Dell notebook that he replaced. Also he had installed and configured anti-virus software on my system for me. He went out of his way to make sure my notebook was operating at optimum, secure and trouble free. I highly recommend this IT professional.

After installing a Verizon router upgrade my 2 computers could not detect an Internet connection. My mobile devices connected via the new router with no problem. Additionally, my internet browser was not working sometimes. Cyril set an appointment to deal with my problems the same day. He arrived on time, fixed both problems quickly. He really knows his business. I had been struggling to get online for days and the Browser had been a problem for more than a month. He not only took care of those problems, but also gave me helpful pointers. Cyril was pleasant, patient & professional, never made me feel computer illerate.
