- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard price for our Training classes, There is usually a service delivery fee attached to our prices if we travel to you. We provide in home training as well as group training for organizations and companies. The price really depends on which specific certification is required, we do offer group rate discounts and non profit rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically We get requests to travel out to a clients location. The sign up process is simple, a date and time is agreed upon, we travel out to that desired location and provide the training. We operate on Weekends and Evenings also. They can schedule at their convenience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified EMT and have been involved in Emergency Care/EMS for over 18 Years. Having started with the RLSS (Royal Life saving Society) in the UK, & London Ambulance Service. I saved my first life at 16 years old, I was hooked ever since.
