Introduction
I have professional experience in teaching in the public schools and years of individual viola/violin performance experience at a very high level. I know how to train you or your son and daughter to become one of the better musicians of our time.
I take great pride in my ability to teach the understanding or background of why we as musicians practice and play the way they do. For example, instead of asking a student to play A major 50,000 times, I teach both how playing that scale helps us as musicians and the structure that underlays the scale.
