We used Dash Photo for our daughter's graduation party with over 100 children. They were prompt, had great props and the kids had a blast with memories to take home with the photos. Great and friendly service. Highly recommend.

Our photo booth attendant showed up late, start late but insisted on ending at scheduled time. Our attendant had no personality, didn't seen to like interacting with our group of kids or adults. He spent most of his time sitting behind the booth totally disengaged. Props were okay but were all in a bin or covering the floor inside the booth. (Though we had a table right next to it for the attendant to lay everything on.). The photo booth had a few issues too, getting stuck and needing to be re-booted which delayed pictures and people getting through. My original quote was also one of the highest ones which I had hoped would mean great quality. At the end the attendant just packed up and left; no coming to ensure everything was okay or to even collect his tip - guess he know he didn't deserve one. Only thing positive about the experience was the owner Aaron who was pleasant to deal with and communicated well. We were disappointed and I could not recommend this service.

We were very disappointed to hear that you did not receive the level of service that we expect out of our employees and have built our reputation around. I have reached out to Christina to discuss the matter and regret that we couldn't address the problems during the event as opposed to hearing about the issues through this review. I did want to take the time to address a few of the issues presented. The booth was set up on time and the first picture was taken at 8:07pm. The reason for the delay of 7 minutes was because the kids at the event had unplugged the booth twice causing it to be restarted which can take several minutes. As for the ending time, we did make a last call announcement through the DJ and our attendant made sure to stick around until the last group of parents had a chance to get a picture taken. We take our reviews seriously and understand that one bad review can virtually shut down a small business. Therefore, we have taken the necessary actions to rectify this problem but more importantly we want to apologize for not meeting our client's and our own expectations. Our standard pricing is located on our website but we offer special deals and packages based upon demand. For instance, renting a photo booth in the middle of the week will be cheaper than on a weekend.

The photo booth is surprisingly automated. We use a state of the art booth with a sleek design. The most important aspect to good pictures is the lighting. We use professional lighting inside the booth to achieve the best quality.
