- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure has no hidden fees. There is 5% card transaction fee. However, we provide 3% cash payment discount. We do not charge for: · Stops · Stairs · Elevators · Long Walkways
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all, we listen to all the customer's needs and try to give an accurate estimate for their upcoming move. We are always on the line to answer all their questions and how to proceed next step. We always keep it simple. Customer satisfaction is our priority!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our moving teams are trained to pad and stretch wrap all of your belongings to ensure they’re safe and secure during the move. They’re also trained on how to properly navigate furniture in various scenarios, from tight staircases and corners to steep driveways. Our expertly trained and professional movers will ensure your items are transported efficiently and arrive to your new home in the same condition they left your old home.
