- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
"Lunch and Learn" workshops (60 minutes) conducted at the client site: $1000 for up to 40 participants; larger groups add $20/head 3 Hour workshops conducted at the client site: $2000 for up to 40 participants; larger groups add $40/head Full day workshops conducted at the client site: $5000 for up to 40 participants; larger groups add $100/head Customized workshop conducted at the client site or at an off-site location- requires price quote Prices do not include travel expenses (no charge for sites within 100 miles of Washington, DC). 50% Payment (non-refundable) is required to schedule and hold dates. Cancellations made by client may be rescheduled up to 2 times.

1. Discuss client needs and budget 2. Prepare a service agreement for client review 3. Finalize agreement 4. Receive client deposit 5. Schedule workshop and make necessary arrangements 6. Conduct workshop 7. Provide one on one follow-up with interested participants 6-8 weeks after workshop
