- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee is $30.00/hr for internet or over the phone work; $40.00/hr if you are local and I need to be onsite on a part time basis (I CAN NOT accommodate full time 9a-5p employment at this time but can provide additional off hour times as necessary since most work is remote). Before beginning work, I provide a free (up to) 1 hour phone consultation to determine your business needs and if your project falls within the scope of our experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up a 1:1 phone consultation or can use Zoom Meeting to meet live over the internet if we need to show documents, to properly determine your needs. Once we agree that we are a good fit for the work to be done we can discuss hours needed or wanted per week as well as a business plan, if applicable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a technical education with a B.S. in Biology/ Pre-Med from Penn State University. My career background is in Diagnostics or Pharma Related sales/ marketing with a heavy emphasis on service, IT related projects as well as supply chain/ product marketing management. *Created dozens of powerful Sales presentations (powerpoint) *Sales training presentations *Provided sales training demos to hundreds of sales reps and technical customers in and out of the hospital setting. *Designed and delivered a new "spin" on selling an existing product through marketing materials and messaging to create interest in various marketplaces within the hospital clinical pathology setting where the capital equipment was ultimately contracted for on multi-year contracts. *Extensive financial proposal development and experience working within guidelines alongside corporate attorneys to finalize contract language agreeable to both parties. *International Experience working with product development and product supply chain in EU, & Japan primarily. After overhauling a marketing dept supply chain for one of my former employers, I enjoyed so much working with the consultants I hired to help lead my project I decided to help others and do the same working for PriceWaterhouse Coopers (PwC) in the Pharmaceutical/ Devices Sales & Marketing Consulting division.
